1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Bolty AI ("the Service"), operated by SecuredSoft, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Account Terms & Fair Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for sending unsolicited spam, harassing messages, deceptive content, or violating WhatsApp or Meta Commercial Policies.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who also handles all customer service inquiries and returns. Paddle provides customer support and handles invoices, currency conversions, and tax calculations.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid tier by the end of the trial period, your AI bot response capabilities will be paused until a paid plan is selected.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bolty AI or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
